Journey Through the Chakras: The Heart Chakra (Residential)

The Heart Chakra is the heart of our journey that mediates between the worlds of spirit and matter. It is the bridge through which all things pass. As we work on the issues of self-love, compassion, acceptance and forgiveness for ourselves and others, we begin to connect to our love/wisdom and our ability to give and receive. We will draw in the positive qualities of the Lover archetype, magnetic, radiant and ‘owning oneself’ and release the Performer, who masks their personal wounds in co-dependent relationships and searching for love outside of themselves.
